Located in a quiet residential neighborhood near Osbourne Park, the home offers quick access to shopping, restaurants, and I-84, while still providing a comfortable space for groups to gather. Nearby attractions include Osbourne Park, downtown Nampa restaurants and breweries, Ford Idaho Center events, Lake Lowell recreation area, and shopping centers and grocery stores. The location makes it easy to explore Nampa, Meridian, Boise, and the rest of the Treasure Valley.
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Outdoor and garage amenities are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained and are not guaranteed and not subject to compensation if unavailable or malfunctioning. While the home is professionally cleaned and pest-controlled, occasional outdoor insects or wildlife may be present. This home is in a lived-in neighborhood, and the host cannot guarantee there won’t be occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic.
