Guests are asked to drive slowly in the neighborhood and to turn off all exterior lights at night. A maximum of four licensed vehicles are permitted in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs are allowed in the subdivision or at the rental property. Burning candles or incense in the home is not allowed, and no fireworks are permitted on the premises. All main entry doors must be kept locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of the hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine applies for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
