^^Pets will be accepted with: pre-approval, submission of rabies vaccination, execution of pet addendum, and appropriate fees paid. Each apartment is allowed a maximum of 2 cats or 2 dogs (or combination) not to exceed a combined weight of 70lbs (fully grown). All pets must be spayed/neutered.

Breed restrictions, but not limited to: Staffordshire Terrier (English/American/Pit-Bull), American Bully, Dobermans, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow, Great Dane, Husky, Akita, Alaskan Malamute and Wolf-hybrid. Management May Require “Dog Interview”.
