The Landings of Lake Zurich

I moved here in August 2025, and I've really enjoyed living here. The application process was easy, and the office has always been quick to answer my emails and phone calls.
Any time I've needed maintenance, they've come out really fast. My heater stopped working in December, and they came the same day. They explained that they needed to order a part, but they brought me space heaters so I wouldn't be cold while I waited. Rick and Logan have helped with most of the repairs in my apartment, and... they've always been friendly and respectful. Logan always explains what he's fixing and even wears shoe covers, which I really appreciate.
The property is also kept very clean. They've cleaned the hallway carpets twice since I've been here and recently painted the stairwells. Overall, it's been a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it. Read More

This community is absolutely beautiful!!! It’s so peaceful, I love it! I am new to the community but from my experience thus far Tabitha and Melissa are both great. Melissa worked very hard with me to get my place. She was very welcoming when I got to the community and explained everything thoroughly! Tabitha also greeted me with a smile and communicated well throughout my process. I have to say just walking through here you can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining their property. I have lived here for just over a year, having renewed my lease at the beginning of this month. The complex is conveniently located within a very short drive to nearly any store one would need to buy goods for the home. The property is well maintained with an extremely friendly and helpful maintenance staff. The two or three times I have had issues that needed to be attended to by the maintenance staff, the guys were prompt, courteous, and careful to make sure they did not leave any mess behind....

The management staff is very helpful and and friendly as well. Very accommodating and communicative about issues such as parking tips in the winter and property improvement projects going on throughout the year. Management also fosters a great sense of community by holding several resident events throughout the year in the property office (which is a very nice facility).

In the year I have lived here, I have had nothing but positive interactions with fellow residents. In general, the people living at the Landings are professionals and maintain a strong sense of respect for their neighbors.

The workout facilities are adequate. Nice, but if you are a fitness enthusiast, you will still need to belong to a full gym. The facilities are good to have around when you are short on time for a full workout.

The pool area is very nice and is a good place to hang out. Be warned though, the water is VERY cold! I believe I read in a brochure that the pool is heated, but I highly doubt it. There may be a heater for the pool, but I don't think it's been turned on since I have lived here. So think of it as a potentially heated pool. The cold water may prove refreshing one or two times a year, usually in August, but for the other days the pool is open, it serves as a centerpiece to hang out near and possibly soak your feet in, nothing more. I've living here for a year now and can't really think of a single complaint. All the units have crown molding and the walls are painted which really makes it seem like a home and not such a typical sterile apartment. They cleaning the carpets in the hallways here and really have great up keep on the grounds. I've only had to call for maintenance once and they came right away the same day. The fitness center is great and the pool is also kept up very nicely. Overall if you're looking for a well... kept luxury apartment, this place is great. I went there 2 weeks ago and I felt in love with this place from the beginning. I love these huge windows and welcome atmosphere you enter the unit. The area is very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this place to my friend.
