The Dunton Tower staff has truly made me feel at home from the moment i signed my lease! Obviously Downtown Arlington Heights is a great location, but the people here are truly what makes it great. From the Leasing staff to the maintenance staff, it makes for a comfortable and stress free atmosphere! The communication regarding any issues has been top notch. You are in great hands at Dunton Tower!

I lived at Dunton Tower for about 5 years and I couldn’t recommend it more! It had a great sense of community- residents and all staff are so friendly and helpful. There’s so many fun community events, too. The space is clean, safe, and well taken care of. It’s such a perk to be right in the downtown area, as well. You can’t beat the location! The building is also very dog friendly. I would highly recommend living here!

Dunton Tower is an amazing community. The leasing office staff treats everyone with respect and they have fun events throughout the year to engage the residents. I love it here and I love the neighbors that I have met throughout the five years of being here.
