Beachwalk Apartments

Very small, poorly maintained, expensive and unresponsive management in the almost one year I’ve lived here. Nice location but really overpriced and terrible landlords.

Beachwalk Apartments created an amazing journey for me while moving across the country. Everything was communicated timely, the process was smooth, and the day I got here went amazing. Everything still, after settling in and being here a while, is perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Beachwalk apartments is a great place to live. Location is a key factor for me when I’m looking for a home, and I found it at Beachwalk Apartments. Staff is really friendly and is always willing to help. Amenities such as laundry on site, fitness center and parking within the building is great for convenience, while having the opportunity to live all of this without leaving the building!. Nice Location. Great amenties, like that there's an inside fitness center in the building as well as a working space and laundry. Love hard wood floors that are more easily to clean and for bugs to not get in. I would like though that the painting of the inside of the apartment was done with a little more detail. I like the space, but even when I live by myself on a studio apartment it can get sometimes small but cozy, that's why I would prefer mostly for the bathroom to have more acessibility... as it can get a little small to pass from the shower to the toilet and outside of the bathroom as the sink is a little big for accesibility in that area. I love the cabinets of the kitchen that they are white and modern. I would have like that there's a microwave included and that the sink of the kitchen is not that small as it can get crowded to wash and dry big pods at a time. Love the mini fridge. Like the space of the closet for being just a studio. Would like for the electrical signal to be a little better, as even though everything has run good, sometimes on a phone call the connection can be weak, do not know if it is because of the big walls or something else, I also tried out of my apartment on the working room of my floor and happened the same thing, though the connection was a little better.
