Butterfield Oaks Apartments

One of my neighbors has their boyfriend over most days of the week. This person is not on the lease and has stayed long enough to legally be considered a resident. I don't feel safe having someone live near me that hasn't had a background check.

It is very difficult to find parking near my building. Some people near my building have multiple cars that they do not regularly use. It is very frustrating to not be able to park near my unit because of this. I have asked management to do something about the issue, but nothing is ever done.

I recently moved into Butterfield oaks, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service from the management and staff specially Stephanie and Jana. They were incredibly helpful, making my move-in process smooth and stress-free.

The apartment itself is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. It's clear that the team here takes pride in keeping everything in top shape.

The staff are attentive and caring about the renter’s needs. Apartments are beautiful and clean! Dog friendly community and I will recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment home!

Not recommended unless you like being woken at the whims of spoiled unemployed man-children that have cars that are louder than a single engine Cessna and run them all day and randomly throughout the night. There's at least 3 of them that park right outside my apartment and this nonsense has been going on for years. Many complaints, management has done nothing to stop this. So for your sanity and sleep, steer clear of this place.
