I had an absolutely amazing experience with the application process, it was quick and seamless.
Great staff friendly and attentive, I worked with Kirsten and she was amazing wonderful woman and wonderful property.

Advantages:
Area is nice. People are friendly. Clean buildings. Excellent customer service by the office (specially Kristin). Excellent maintenance staff.
Disadvantages:
1. Two theft incidences. Thieves broke twice into my car. Not to blame the property but a disadvantage of the area.
2. Too many maintenance issues with the apartment. 15 maintenance work orders opened in less than two years. 1 administration order opened in the past two years

Having been a resident of Pembrook Club Apartments for over 3 years I am very satisfied with the overall experience. The apartment interior is "a step above" most other places I have rented in the past. The office staff has always been very friendly, courteous and helpful and they quickly handled whatever issues I might have had. I truly appreciate that the maintenance staff also responded immediately, and did a very thorough job resolving our problems. I would definitely recommend Pembrook... Club Apartments as a safe, well kept and wonderful living experience.

Pembrook is a great apartment community. Close to everything you could want, shopping, 41, interstate, and Six Flags. The maintenance staff is amazing and the residents are so friendly and welcoming.

Great management. Complex is over priced and certain fees should be included in price rather than nickle and dime everyone. That's a real turn off especially the rent pricing varying seems a bit shady, sure people have to live somewhere but they want to feel like they got what they paid for and thats not the case at Pembroke in my observation from other who live here.
