I like the staff, I like the extra activities they provide. There is plenty of guest parking if you have visitors. The location is great. The rent is very reasonable. I have lived here for 34 years and am very happy to be here.

Maintenance staff, lacks knowledge, and professionalism. Work is rarely completed or understood.. We have yet to have any maintenance completed at a reasonable time it’s either completed within weeks or not completed at all or not addressed for that matter
