Windsor Estate Apartments

I have Lived at Windsor Estate for about 10 years. There have been many changes in management and maintenance. The current staff is by far the best staff we have had. There is more follow up and care in regard to maintenance requests or suggestions. Whenever David and Gio fix things in my apartment it feels really fixed vs a bandage put on praying it holds. They are always friendly and professional. Miriam at the front office always listens and is helpful when I have questions and concerns... . I've been very happy here at Windsor Estates for the past 3 years, where I live and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them , if you are apartment shopping.

The unit I moved into differs significantly from the model shown, featuring older cabinets, rusted hardware, peeling sink paint, a broken window, and a leaking washing machine. Communication with the management office is difficult, which leads to long delays in getting these repairs completed. Additionally, the communal facilities (pool and gym) require better regular upkeep and updated equipment. It's a great apartment complex to live in. I would highly recommend it for this type of living.
