Loitering in the lobby before or after your reservation will result in a $200 fine. To respect the privacy of other residents, follow the provided directions carefully and go directly to your assigned unit. Guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine. There is a maximum of 2 guests, which will be strictly enforced. Due to City of Chicago regulations, between October and April, the building's system is set to heat only and doesn’t switch back to cold air until May. The system is set to cold air between May and September. All units have both a standing fan and a space heater in a closet, and windows can be opened for fresh air. Unapproved late checkouts or unapproved early check-ins will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled checkout or check-in time, respectively. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance will result in a fine of $500. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony, and violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Tampering with noise detectors or cameras (including removing them from their mounts) is strictly prohibited, and a $150 violation fee will apply. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras, and the second offense will result in the reservation being canceled without a refund. Please ensure windows are not forced open beyond the designated limit.
