The system is set to cold air between May and September. This apartment has both a standing fan and a space heater in a closet, and windows can be opened for fresh air. Unapproved late check-out or unapproved early check-in will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled check-out or check-in time, respectively. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance will result in a fine of $500. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of a party or event will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony, and violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras. First offense: A warning will be issued. Second offense: Reservation will be canceled without a refund. Tampering with noise detectors or cameras (including removing them from their mounts) is strictly prohibited, and a $150 violation fee will apply. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes, so please ensure windows are not forced open beyond the designated limit.
