I would like to recognize the professionalism and thoughtfulness of the staff members who recently assisted with an issue involving the hallway carpet.

Although the employee who addressed the carpet odor was not originally assigned to the job, he stepped in and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. His initiative and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate his effort.

I would also like to recognize the building manager, Jaleesa, for being professional and responsive.... She submitted the appropriate work order and took the necessary steps to have the issue addressed.

This building needs more professionals like Jaleesa and this employee. Unfortunately, there have been ongoing concerns with some newer maintenance staff, as the hallways are not consistently cleaned or mopped and the cleanliness of the common areas has declined.

My resident experience was great. Smooth transition Ms. Brown communication skills are wonderful. I love the location of being downtown in the south loop. Nice amenities and the building is quiet

After almost fourteen years here I find it's still a very nice community to live in. My neighbors are friendly and my building management is outstanding.
