Living here is amazing, amazing neighbors, management is sweet and super helpful! And maintenance does their best to make sure they come by as soon as possible.

Good area, overall. Maintenance requests take a pretty long time to get fulfilled unless it’s an emergency, so I usually end up fixing most things myself. Leasing office is nearly impossible to get ahold of during business hours but when I have time to stop in instead of calling, they’re is really nice and always make sure I have what I need.

Typically quiet. Maintenance is nice. Rent on the cheaper on for 2 bed 2 bath unit in this area. Hard to get an email back from management though.
