Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises, and evidence of smoking will result in a $500 remediation charge. A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence, and lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All properties are non-smoking.
