I have loved all of the fun events leading up to the holiday season! This is a great community and such a wonderful building to live in. I tell my partner at least once a week how great our neighborhood is and how I know we picked the right place for us.

For a moment I thought I was in a Five Star Hotel!

While I did find the application a bit overwhelming, the professionalism and patience makes it all worthwhile.

The management team, Jabria, Max, and Gerard, are outstanding! Lively surprises. ;)
I'm new to Chicago and wowed by the remarkable views!

Atwater is pristine, and I am looking forward to experience the amazing amenities!

Beautiful, well kept building with friendly management and staff. Beautiful amenities with a focus on community. I love the events and the pet of the month. Small touches go a long way and make this a community not just a luxury apartment building.
