I love my apartment most of all. The window is a safe and relaxing place to rest and recover, which means a lot to me. Reliable maintenance crew, friendly door staff, safe community, new appliances, finishes, and layout. Close to all trains, walking and biking. Its my home now for 4 years and I love it.

We love Imprint--great building, great tenants, and most importantly friendly, responsive, and highly effective staff that cares a lot about the details of making our lived experiences as great as possible. 5/5, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live in Printers Row/The South Loop area.

Don and Sarah were absolutely amazing during one of the most stressful times for me. I needed to move on very short notice, and Don went above and beyond to make sure everything that needed to get done was handled so I could get approved and moved in in less than a week. His help, responsiveness, and professionalism made a huge difference for me when time was really not on my side.

Because of how short the notice was, I ended up needing to pick up my keys on a Saturday, which was such a relief... to learn since the building is open on Saturdays and even Sundays. Sarah was incredibly kind and helpful that Saturday evening — she took the time to expedite the process and made sure I was able to get my keys that same day. That meant a lot to me, and it really eased the pressure of an already stressful situation.

Both Don and Sarah played a huge role in helping me through a difficult move, and I’m genuinely grateful for everything they did.

Now that I’ve lived in the building, I can also say the front desk staff has been consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful. It really makes a difference coming home to friendly people. I also love that the building is dog-friendly, which adds such a warm and inviting feel to the community.

The only area I think could use some improvement is the gym. While it’s nice to have one in the building, it is a bit small and could definitely benefit from some remodeling or upgrades.

Overall, my experience has been very positive, and a huge part of that is because of Don and Sarah. Their support, urgency, and kindness made all the difference when I needed it most. Read More
