We moved in about 10 days ago and this apartment as met and exceeded our expectations! The staff are helpful, friendly and responsive. We have met so many people already. Everyone is so friendly and has made us feel welcome. I highly recommend the place!

Do not live here!
1. They throw out clothes from laundry room with no warning to residents
2. The corridors and units frequently have smoke coming in from other units. Despite many complaints the management has no real plan of action to fix this.
3. Packages regularly go missing and the management takes no responsibility , and management provides little to no support to help residents find missing packages.
4. There are frequently people loitering around in the lobby and it is unclear if they... are residents
5. When we moved in last year, the heat was simply not working and the management took far too long (esp for a Chicago winter) to fix it.
Management is incompetent and unsupportive.
If you want a peaceful place to stay then your time and money is better spent living elsewhere.
On the other hand, if you wanna smoke cigarettes indoors this is a great place since the management likely won’t take any action against you.
If you want to steal packages this is also a great place - lots of packages daily, management is not going to check security cameras and follow up so likely your theft will have no consequences.

It is completely unacceptable that my unit is currently without functional central air conditioning. While this major issue needs immediate resolution, I do want to note that the administration and maintenance teams are otherwise excellent and a pleasure to work with.
