As a tenant since 1997, living in Oglesby Towers Apartments is still ideal. Location, apartment amenities, on-site management, security, reasonable cost, frequent tenant-management communication, and excellent maintenance make living here a wonderful experience.

I love where I stay as I’ve been here for going on 6years. Management has made many improvements to foster comroderie and overall with the appearance of the building. While I see the opportunity for improvement the current team does an excellent job at tackling daily challenges that arise, and for that I’m very thankful.

When I first moved into this place, I was excited it was spacious and in a place where I wanted it to be and it still is it needs some improvement but other than that, I love it.

Overall the building and residents are lovely. I sense some tension between residents and management due to some more recent changes included to the trash and using RUBS utilities. Personally, I find these changes reasonable but understand that for many, change is hard. More transparency about how the utilities is calculated each month and more and persistent communication in the form of flyers on each door may be effective.
