I enjoy my apartment and location, but every building in Chicago probably needs a little improvement. Window washing did occur once I wonder how often you can expect that, it was appreciated.

The staff size is small but effective. They know the tenants and vice versa. They’re timely in response to your issues and will take the time to listen to your concerns. There are approximately 8 apts on every floor and 23fl to the building with basically 5ppl running the building, I appreciate their hard work and dedication.
