There are some aspects to the building that need to be replaced after the previous property manager's poor management.

Other than this, the community is safe, quiet, and clean.

Plaisance is a wonderful place to live, the conveniences is this area is awesome. You have stores, hospitals and a hop skip and a jump to all major highways. The management staff is easily accessible and polite it's like a family atmosphere.

If you are looking for an affordable, clean, peaceful, well equipped and accessible space to live, this is it!

My experience with management and Maintenance I’m impressed with the purpose of taking care of problems and the kindness and understanding and communication with those two departments. I have nothing bad to say about it.

I’ve been a resident here for a couple of years now, and I feel that the quality has fallen down a bit since the new manager took over. Since then, I’ve had several packages stolen from the reception area(the people dropping the packages off don’t put them in the lockers), the many of the facilities have been breaking down or don’t work properly(elevators, washing machines, etc), and maintenance requests seem to be ignored. I think that some of the areas such as the stairway and the basement... floor look a bit rough and could use a bit of touching up/a fresh coat of paint. Communication has also become very subpar, the most recent example being never getting a call back even through I was promised one for a recent request I put in with maintenance. The only real advantage of this location is the relatively cheap rent and its proximity to the University for work. While not a bad place to live, I would be reluctant to recommend this place unless you’re a student and/or work at the hospital, and even then I think there are better options. Read More
