"Love Arbors Community"!! Maintenance is great! Help comes when called. I expect at least a 24/48hr turnaround. But they are polite in fact the entire office is.

Service requests are handled in a timely manner. Jessie and Jerry took care of my issues quickly and cleaned up afterwards.

A word about the maintenance at The Arbors of Glen Ellyn:
The Arbors has been my home for coming up on a year now. At move-in, all I needed were a couple of small repairs which maintenance quickly handled. Since then all has run smoothly until recently when I noticed a plumbing issue that I just could not figure out. I informed maintenance, and Jesse came over the next morning. He immediately spotted the problem and had it fixed in less than five minutes. I was so impressed with how... professionally Jesse worked and how courteous he was as well.

I’ve been living at Arbors of Glen Ellyn for a few weeks now, and my experience has been very positive. The community is quiet and well maintained. Jessy from maintenance did an excellent job fixing a few issues in my apartment, very professional and efficient. The office staff are also friendly and always helpful with my questions. I really appreciate their support!

There isn’t much to really say except for the location is perfect as I commute between: Naperville, Downers Grove, and Wheaton. It’s always quiet here which is very nice. The only sounds are either from workers fixing/remodeling things(only in the mornings), or even a bark or meow from peoples pets. It’s family and pet oriented here which is nice, and no it’s not loud with the pets. However I Hope the gym gets remodeled since I’m a gym ratttt. The move in was sweet, simple, no hassle.
