Park Butterfield Apartments

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Park Butterfield. The community is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. The environment is peaceful and the people are friendly. It truly feels like home.

Do not be swayed by the reviews of a couple of salty tenants. We were skeptical at first. It seems new management, staff, and maintenance are very vigilant and attentive. The move in process was very transparent and quick. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Application process was very easy compared to other complexes we were looking at. Rent prices seem fair considering the amenities. The gym is small, but gets the job done for a quick workout. I love the mail lockers for my packages so... they aren't waiting at the front door, even then, other neighbors have been nice enough to bring our packages in by our mailbox. I cannot wait to use the pool this summer. My husband and I have noticed trash outside, empty beer cans and bottles. Staff has done a great job at picking up and SHOVELING! omg they did great at cleaning the sidewalks leading up to the front door and the parking lots. We got a top floor and love the carpets and larger balcony. Great first apartment for my husband and I. Lots of kids in the community (don't know why other reviews complain about children). Lots of bulletins and activities hosted at the clubhouse with announcements, but not a bombardment of emails. Maintenance was very responsive to our request through the portal and paying rent online with a detailed breakdown is very nice too. I’m good, specially the maintenance people are excellent.

Great place to live. Close to everything and most of all… It’s quiet. Staff is excellent and maintenance is top-notch.

I really enjoy living here. It’s a decent price and I can live comfortably.
