Very nice model office and leasing team but make sure you review the common areas of the building you are signing up to lease!

Great place to live in a quiet community close to everything that you could possibly need.

Most of the time it’s very quiet.
Whenever the time I bring the issue,
they listen and take care promptly.

Be cautious of moving into ground unit apartments, they’re prone to flooding and water damage and staff refuses to acknowledge the issues.

For what the price is, it’s fine. There’s constantly trash outside the front of our building so clearly people love to litter around here. Today we found empty jello cups and snack wrapper beneath our stairs. The garden units and hallway has a very strong moldy/musty odor. Another resident explained these units tend to flood so clearly there’s unaddressed water damage that is causing mold.
