They Won’t Return My Deposit or Even Admit It’s Unpaid
I lived at this property for three years and never once paid my rent late. I always fulfilled my responsibilities as a tenant and left expecting the same level of professionalism in return.
Unfortunately, it has now been five months since I moved out, and I still have not received my security deposit back. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of accountability and communication regarding the issue. Instead of simply acknowledging that the deposit has not been returned, I have felt... that the situation has been avoided rather than properly addressed.
After three years of being a reliable tenant, I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. Returning a security deposit should not require months of follow-up. I hope this matter is resolved, but based on my experience, I would strongly encourage future tenants to keep detailed records of all payments, communications, and move-out documentation.

We are not aware of any resident who has been waiting five months to receive a security deposit refund. We believe this review may have been posted for the wrong Arrowhead community, as there are several apartment communities throughout the country... with the same name.
