Raising rent without telling you.

Beware of signing a lease to this place. They will add different maintenance and electrical bills once you sign on.

The staff ( especially Melissa) is great ! Any times I have any concerns of questions she helps me right away which to me makes the experience of living here much better . The community is quiet and friendly so far as well and the maintenance team is very nice as well (Chewy is another awesome team member of the Orion 59 staff )

The management team at Orion 59 is wonderful. From day one, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely welcoming whenever I stop by. Any maintenance issues were promptly addressed and Chuy is so nice! Location cant be beat.
