The linen fee allows us to provide brand new linens for each guest, and you can take them with you upon checkout. For guests with pets, a refundable security fee applies: $200 for 1 pet, $400 for 2 pets, and $600 for 3+ pets. This fee must be submitted as a 'rental fee' after the reservation is accepted. For leases, there is a monthly utility cap of $300, and guests are responsible for any overages.
