If a noise complaint is received, the police will be called immediately, and 100% of the security deposit will be forfeited. The Nest thermostats are locked to a range of 68-78 degrees in the Summer and 60-72 degrees in the Winter. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests indicated on the reservation; exceeding this number will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the security deposit. Guests are asked to leave the suite as they found it, with all dishes cleaned and put away, and trash taken out before departure. Wi-Fi is provided but not guaranteed to be 100% functional at all times. The property reserves the right to ask for additional documentation or security deposits. Moving furniture is prohibited and will incur a $100 fee per piece moved. Firearms and other weapons are strictly prohibited on or near the property. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
