Nest thermostats are locked between 68-78 degrees in the Summer and 60-72 degrees in the Winter. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests indicated on your reservation; exceeding this number will result in the loss of 100% of your security deposit. Please leave the suite as you found it, with dishes cleaned and trash taken out before departure. No moving furniture is allowed; moving furniture incurs a $100 fee per piece. Firearms and other weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation.
