A maximum of 10 guests is allowed, including children. Alcohol consumption must remain indoors. Please keep patios, driveways, and shared spaces clean. Violations may result in a $250+ fine. Grilling or BBQ is not permitted. Large trucks or oversized vehicles should use off-site or alternative parking. Pets may not be left unattended unless they are properly crated and must follow all quiet hours. Pets are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee covers standard cleaning only and does not include damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or costs related to excessive hair or odor removal. Smoking or vaping isn’t allowed inside the home, garage, driveway, or common areas. Please smoke at least 30 feet away from the building. If smoking occurs indoors, extra cleaning fees may apply (starting around $250). Extra or unregistered guests may incur $75–$100 per person per night. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Parties or events are not permitted. Please leave the home reasonably tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Grills and open flames are not allowed anywhere on the property. Please do not move furniture. A $50 fee may apply if moved. Replacement fee for lost keys: $100.
