Lived here for a little over a year. The office staff always answer the phone and are super friendly and helpful. Maintenance has reasonable response times and actually fix things, not that many things broke during my time here.

The management takes very good care of the property with frequent touchups of various amenities. This place clearly understands re-investment.

This area never felt unsafe, though being behind a Walmart is by no means reassuring.

As for the price, I found it to be... one of the most reasonable options for a decent area and for what you're getting.

Office workers are sucks. Office manager needs to be fired from Avon Creek. Maintenance technicians really helpful and kind. But office manager and office workers really really rude.

Well. the neighborhood is a bit rougher than I realized when I rented here. There are quite a few issues that have happened with the unit but maintenance is always super fast (usually same day) and fixes it right the first time. The office staff is professional friendly and helpful. My apartment is nice overall and I feel safe here. As a single mom- it’s been a nice place to call home.
