Settlers Run

I have a mold issue for a month and a half at the time of this review and they literally refuse to do anything about it. Maintenance has absolutely no idea what they are doing, they came to fix an issue and broke an appliance on the opposite side of the apartment that had nothing to do with the original issue. Maintenance typically takes several phone calls before they’ll even come check out your apartment and on one occasion I had to physically go down the leasing office and have a maintenance... man come and look at my apartment. I have called the office 13 times about the mold issue and nothing has been done yet to resolve it. They have told me on several occasions the issue will be fixed soon, and the manager doesn’t seem to care when I talk on the phone. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Read More

I've been here for 5 yrs now and everything is changing! Having the right staff makes all the difference and NOW we have it! They care about the property and are making improvements daily. I finally see the changes being made that should've been here all along. Way to go staff! Thank you for caring about where I live!

Has many options and staff is so nice and welcoming. The apartments are nice too.
