This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Weapons and drugs are not allowed, and police will be called for any violations. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
