Keeneland Crest Apartments

So far so good!! Move in process was simple and the apartment is in great condition. I can’t wait to spend the next year here. So comfy and cozy!

The complex is much better than the last apartment complex I lived in. Newer appliances, my apartment is on the first floor, nicer and safer neighborhood.

Overall, I have really enjoyed my time at Keeneland Crest. The front office staff are nice, we have a lakeview apartment, plenty of space, and it fits most of our needs. The 2 complaints I have are that maintenance does not always fix the things they say they do, we have had multiple issues with things that have slowly gotten fixed as we've made more and more requests and spoken directly with office staff but we had to really push to get some things fixed. This and the fact that the tenants... below us, at no fault to the apartment complex, consistently have screaming matches are why the experience has not been perfect but still good overall. it is mostly good for the first year, but i’ve noticed after the first year things tend to break more easily, and it takes a very long time for them to get fixed and have them come out here. other than that it’s a pretty friendly neighborhood and nice place to be

I’ve been living here for about 5 months now and I’ve had a few things that needed maintenance, which the team has taken care of. I really like the ease of being able to open service requests through our Loft portal app. Maintenance team works very hard, they’re professional & gets the job done.
