Pretty nice for the area. The maintenance is good at fulfilling service requests in a timely manner! The apartments are a great size for the price of rent!

So far its been good. Had a few things that already had to be fixed within the first month of living here. But otherwise its pretty quiet in the area, upstairs neighbor is loud when walking, walls are pretty thin.

I actually really love the apartment itself. It’s spacious and cutesy. The staff is super sweet and helpful. I’m glad I moved here. The only thing I don’t love is the ancient and screenless windows. Once they fix those, it’ll be perfect.
