Quick Fix Maintenance was quick to respond and professional. Office personnel is always helpful!

Review I recently moved into a different unit within the community and, unfortunately, my move-in experience was disappointing. Several maintenance items that should have been addressed before move-in were left unresolved, including debris on the patio that created a safety concern, a wooden patio fence that was not properly secured, and other maintenance issues identified during my move-in inspection.

My biggest concern was the maintenance process. Several work orders were marked "completed"... even though the work had not been done, requiring me to submit multiple requests and make repeated follow-ups. It also took longer than expected to address recommendations made by a maintenance person, including installing a noise barrier for the older air conditioning unit.

The staff was courteous when contacted, but the communication and follow-through on maintenance requests need significant improvement. I hope the property reviews its work order process so residents don't have to repeatedly request the same repairs.

Some major improvements are necessary less maintenance requests ( New Fencing, New Air Conditioner Units, sidewalk and road concreate repairs and Washer and Dryer units. Read More

Neutral Overall, i have enjoyed my stay here. However, it seems as though the quality of the experience is starting to deteriorate. Communication has gone down. I also didn’t appreciate the leasing office team member just opening my door without announcing themselves after knocking and not allowing enough time to answer especially if they will be accompanying men to my unit. My Experience I want to begin by thanking Ms.Tori and Ms. Betty for their outstanding support with assisting me in my transfer to a first floor apartment! Ms. Tori was very instrumental in finding the BEST apartment for me! I absolutely love it!! Ms. Betty consistently stayed in communication with me ensuring that all of my questions and needs were met! I am so grateful and thankful at how they both showed such great care and compassion for me throughout this entire process! I can’t thank the... incredible Maintenance Team that worked All Day to make sure I was comfortable!!! They assisted me with professionalism and they did not quit until the job was complete! I have been a part of this community for 6 years and I plan on being here Forever! Ms. Tori words cannot express how grateful I am for Everything You Have Done for me!! I plan on making Meridian Lakes my Forever Home!! ??
