Multiple Maintenance issues I have lived here just short of three years and have had multiple kitchen sink issues, GFI outlet issues, and my water heater leaked into my first floor vents and had to be replaced. With the sink I keep mentioning that it needed snaked since moving in in the fall of 2023. That finally happened in April 2026. With the water heater it was replaced and there were Fallon's of water left in my vents. Rather than sending a professional plumber to clear them out it sat for... a weekend in March 2026 and then maintenance came on a Monday, removed roughly 20 gallons to of water and left me with a "guarantee" of no mold. I followed up with tickets and inoerson about a lingering smell and nobody has returned or offered a mold check. I'll be moving out by September 14, 2026. Read More

A/C Repair I had a great experience with my apartment maintenance team during my A/C repair. From the beginning, they took the issue seriously and worked hard to find the best long-term solution instead of just applying a temporary fix.
While they were diagnosing the problem, they provided me with a portable A/C unit so I could stay comfortable, which I really appreciated—especially during the heat.
After thoroughly troubleshooting the system, the maintenance team determined that replacing the... outside A/C unit was the best option. They completed the replacement professionally, and my air conditioning has been working great ever since.

Air & Animals in the wall I’ve lived her 3 almost 4 years now and my AC not working is an ongoing thing every summer. There are also large animals in the wall and office refused to respond or acknowledge emails. I’ve also been trying to get into my portal since the new property manager has been here with no response to any of my emails regauding moving into a new unit because of all the issues in this one yet they raise rent and i’m paying just as much for a 2 bedroom. The only thing i can say... is i feel safe here and wish that management would respond or listen to me about moving units so i can continue to live here & live healthy in a different unit. Read More

My master bathroom toilet his been broken for over 2 weeks and had not been replaced or repaired yet. The office told us that they put in for a new toilet but, the repair is yet to be completed.
Please fix our toilet.
