Living at Retreat Northwest has been a good experience for the most part. The apartments are decent, and what really makes the place stand out is the maintenance team. Cedric always has a smile in the mornings, and Bryce is super helpful and always around when you need something. There are a few things that could be better; some areas of the property could use a refresh, and the pool could have been open this year. But overall, I’d still give it a 7/10. It’s a nice place with some room to... improve, and the maintenance crew really makes it worth it.

I do not recommend moving here. I would have referred 2 separate friends to these apartments, but I have since turned them to other places with all of the issues I have had at these apartments. I can't wait to move out.

This has been the worst living experience. The management has changed at least 3 times since I moved here in March, each and every one as bad as the last. There are so many maintenance issues with our apartment and they are never handled in a timely fashion. Upon first moving in, our heater was broken for almost a full month before they finally sent out an actual contractor that knew what he was doing to fix it immediately. That was after going back and forth constantly and talking about taking... the problem in a legal route. The maintenance staff here is incompetent and rude. Anything they thought to blame on us as a result of their appliances breaking, they did. They appliances here are the cheapest on the market and break out of no where. We’ve had out water heater fully replaced twice, we had to have a new dishwasher that still doesn’t work properly, the HVAC unit has broken twice, and we had to have the refrigerator replaced shortly after moving in. The office staff has always been incredibly unprofessional. Never answers the phone when you call, and when you do finally get someone on the phone, they are extremely condescending to any issues that you have. I would really like to see this community do better. It’s in a great central area and i’d love to be able to stay here purely for the area but having all the maintenance issues we’ve had put such a huge stressor on my life.
