Maintenance Review We noticed our carpet in the master bedroom closet was wet and later found there were other areas in the two smaller bedrooms that were also wet. The master bedroom was due to a plumbing issue, but the wet carpet in the other rooms were due to some light flooding outside the apartment building. They were very responsive with addressing the issues, but they didn't dry the carpets and now we're concerned about potential mold/mildew.

Happy tenant Kyle and Chris are always available when needed and do an excellent job resolving issues the first time. Their dedication makes living here a great experience. I love it here and look forward to renewing my lease

Loving the new place so far We've had a couple of hiccups regarding seeing our actual unit prior to moving in, as well as trying to push up the 3pm move-in time, but as a current retail employee myself, I understand having low staffing issues because we deal with it daily on my job. My wife loves the new place so far, so as long as she's happy, I'm happy.

Work order service Your maintenance team is an excellent group of workers. Kyle made sure the job was completed correctly but the whole team is polite and professional.

When I first came to look at this apartment (back in January)the leasing consultants who worked there at the time were too smiley and friendly. They told me all the great reasons why this Apt should be my choice BUT they failed to leave out all the bad stuff. You don't get to choose your own Wifi company, they have their own that you DO PAY FOR and it DOESN'T WORK most of the time. There's always something not working right in the Apt whether it's the toilet, ants, Neighbors with LOUD pets,... electric outages, dirty/stinky hallway carpets, etc. I've called multiple times for the carpet in the hallway and they don't do nothing but spray something that doesn't last. Thieves come here whenever they want, my Purse and car charger got stolen from my car and when I spoke with Jaimee the Regional Manager she said "she don't wanna cause any worry" when I said to send out emails so residents were made aware to be careful with their belongings. The Pool wasn't open when it was supposed to be since Memorial Day (it opened mid July only to shut down again with issues..They charge way too much money to be having this many issues..The Maintenance guys do a good job and the office ladies Kanessa and Shay are terrific and super nice! I leave this review so everyone can see what they're up against if they choose to live here. I'm not renewing. Look elsewhere this place isn't worth it. Read More
