Job well done! Since moving into the community, any issues that I had were resolve fast.

New move in Had a couple items come up in the mov-in inspection. It was a list of 4-5 things everything was addressed in one visit. Even though they didn’t have the correct replacement parts in stock the tech was able to find alternatives. He also kept in touch about everything he was doing and was honest about the parts situation.

So Thankful! Moving into Huntington Cove has been dreamy. Our home was damaged in the 8/11 tornado, we stopped in the rental office, and spoke with Rahim, whose professionalism, and compassion, were so helpful during this time.

The maintenance staff are precessional and knowledgeable. They get things fixed in a jiffy.

The club house is very nice. My daughter, a long term resident, booked the club house for our annual family event about a month before the tornado. Never thought I would be a... resident here, but two days after moving in was our event. It was so convenient to travel within the community for the event, which is a very nice perk for residents.

I think Huntington Cove is a good place to live. Words can’t fully express how grateful I am to live here.

Good Maintenance crew Every time I call maintenance the show up in a timely manner and take of the problem right away.

Mainatance Dakota, did an amazing job! He was extremely professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly and that all of our concerns were taken care of.
