Disappointing
It all started so nice last year and then new management took over and everything started going downhill. Hallways look disgusting and there’s stains from pets peeing all over the floors, there has been multiple times where there has been dog poop sitting in the hallways as well. Some of the elevator rooms smell very strongly of urine. You have to send multiple emails to management to hear back, if at all. They fired all the front desk people so the package/mail room has been a MESS and you... sometimes get lucky to get your stuff put in a locker or you have to dig through packages to find yours if it hasn’t been taken. You have to pay extra for “PRIVATE” parking, but the parking gate is constantly broken, it looks as if cars ram through the gate, or it’s just stuck open for anybody to drive in if they wanted. The latest thing that happened was maintenance came to replace our filters and left my apartment door unlocked for HOURS. Now I’m afraid to even put in a maintenance request for anything because they don’t care enough to make sure they secure each apartment they enter knowing it’s empty and no one is home. The apartment itself is nice, but for all the things that happen internally and behind the scenes, it is not worth the cost of living here.
