I enjoy my apartment. It's a very spacious apartment. I like the 2nd floor, I feel quite secure. I don't know my neighbors as they seem to move frequently. Since the gates on the West and East now remain open, it is easier to enter and exit.

I think the community has been great with the new management. I love how they have done special things for Mothers and Fathers Day and also having succulents to pot. The pool upgrades look nice too.

I’ve really enjoyed living here overall. The community is great, and I haven’t had any major issues during my time here. It’s been a peaceful and pleasant place to live.

The only consistent downside has been the gates—they are always broken and have been propped open with rocks for weeks now. It’s definitely something I hope management takes care of soon.

Other than that, everything else has been solid. I’d still recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet, friendly place to call home.
