Run while you still have time

The apartments are full of bugs and issues that never get resolved, no matter how much you try to contact management. They couldn't care less. Just look at the outside of the apartments—they never clean the hallways.

Living at Aventura Falcon Valley has been like a long, deep breath in followed by a long exhale. Complete peace, quiet neighborhood, it doesn't get any better in that department.

It's a great location, incredibly safe & satisfying with easy access to about anything you would want or need to do. Some aspects (pest control, noise, amenities, and dog park) leave more to be desired but it is one of the better apartments in the area.
