Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, with art shows, live music, shopping and street food.
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets are allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and certain breeds are prohibited. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. All properties are smoke-free environments, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule.
