Bad experience
I have lived here for five years, always paid my rent on time, and visit the office every month. I even renewed my lease, but no one ever told me that I needed a new parking permit or gave me one. My cars were displaying the parking permit that had been issued to me, yet both vehicles were still towed because the management changed. When I asked why, I was simply told, **"If you want your vehicles back, you'll have to pay the towing fees."** The previous management was much better. I recommend... thinking twice before moving here because the new management's communication and customer service have been very disappointing.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience.
We understand how frustrating it is to have a vehicle towed. However, the parking permit update was communicated to all residents through multiple notices, emails, text... messages, and reminders leading up to the implementation date.
Our records indicate that the previously issued permit displayed on your vehicles was no longer valid under the updated policy, which is why the vehicles were subject to towing in accordance with the community's parking rules. Unfortunately, once a vehicle has been towed for violating the parking policy, the towing company is responsible for the associated fees, and the leasing office is unable to waive or reimburse those charges.
We appreciate you being a longtime resident and regret that this situation occurred. Our goal is to communicate community changes as thoroughly as possible, and we will continue working to ensure residents stay informed. If you have any additional questions about the parking policy, please feel free to contact the office.
