Fitness Room Experience The Fitness room in the 1500 bldg needs upgraded. The equipment in the room is adequate but needs a facelift. Upgrade the military workout machine and the bikes and treadmills with different trails to reach your fitness peak and enjoy the experience. Health is wealth. If you want healthy tenants, it's imperative we have upgraded gym equipment. Everything else is great. The location to the park is outstanding. We need activities like coffee in the morning for tenants or... catered lunches (twice a year) in their specific bldg. to get to know their neighbors. Thanks. I

Maintenance Team Always Knocking It Out of the Park! Hands down the best maintenance team I’m experienced in my apartment living in Louisville. They come same day or next day. I’ve never felt more comfortable with them working in my apartment while I’m away. They present themselves well and show they take pride in the property. They’re always waiving and saying hello if you see them. 10/10 would recommend

Don't do it.

I have lived here three years. Prior to Haven Residential taking over this property was better. The former property manager did the best she could with the resources available to her. In the last 6-8 months things have gotten drastically worse.

Appliances that need repair/replacement are replaced with cheaper, already damaged versions.

Leases and changes to leases (ie adding a lessee) are not correctly handled or prepared at all.

Leasing staff are indifferent or incompetent, the turn over...
is incredibly high and inevitably the good ones leave quickly. The property manager is unreachable and I have actually never seen her in the office.

Despite an over 13% vacancy in their 'luxury' building, rates continue to go up.

Common areas may or may not get regularly cleaned. (They have one cleaning lady for the whole property)

Maintenance staff is completely swamped, they are egregiously undertrained and understaffed.

The pool is never open so don't get excited about that.

There is no security & the garage gate is constantly broken. I was even locked IN one morning when one gate was padlocked shut and the other was jammed. Multiple vehicles have been stolen, break ins are regular and you can say goodbye to your bike.

We also want to address your concerns about our leasing team. We are pleased to share that our leasing department has made significant improvements. We’ve recently promoted our leasing manager and added a highly trained agent with ample experience to our team. These changes have greatly enhanced the level of service we provide, and we are confident that they will continue to improve the leasing experience for our residents.

With respect to maintenance, we understand that timely service is essential. To better meet the demands of the community, we’ve added an extra technician to our team to assist with the increased workload. This is part of our ongoing effort to improve response times and overall service quality.

In terms of cleanliness, our dedicated cleaning staff focuses exclusively on hallways and common areas, ensuring these spaces are cleaned daily. We strive to maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the property.

We also recognize the importance of security and have taken steps to enhance it. Additionally, we understand the concerns you raised regarding safety and theft. Please contact us regarding any safety issues.

As for our property manager, we are proud to have one of the best in the business. She is highly active within the community and consistently works to support both her team and our residents. While you may not always see her in the office, she is regularly walking the property, engaging with residents, and providing guidance to her team to ensure smooth operations.

Bait and switch!!! HVAC never changed, mold, flooding, water leaks and damage. Overpriced sickening apartments. They look cute but don’t be fooled!!

I’ll just tell everyone in this feed that we lived there from march 2023-march 2024 and management wasn’t terrible but not the best! We traveled for about 6isj months and were going to move back in them and new management stole 300 dollars from us! They took our money saying that an apartment was available when in fact it was not and the lady in the office admitted that they had lied about it, but proceeded to do a bai and switch tactic to get us to look at another, more expensive, apartment. We... left there upset to say the least. I still don’t know if I should take it to court. It doesn’t seem like much money but lord knows how many people this complex is getting away with scamming. Let’s not even get into talking about everything always falling apart/ leaking or not working properly and the horrible reviews! But I was appalled by the fact we applied specifically for an apartment we were told was available just to make an hour drive and find out it in fact was not! They never once have replied to emails or phone calls asking for a return in payment!!!
