I had a wonderful experience with Hurstbourne Grand Apartments! From the beginning, Emma was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, including the apartment features, amenities, community benefits, referral bonuses, nearby schools, and everything we needed to know before moving in. She made the entire leasing process very easy and comfortable for us.

A special thank you to Emma and Jessica for making our move-in experience so smooth.... Jessica helped us with the keys on move-in day and made sure everything was properly set up. She was very welcoming and patiently helped us with all the move-in details.

I really appreciate how responsive, supportive, and welcoming the team has been. They answered all of our questions, provided helpful information, and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. The apartment community is also in a great location, with convenient access to schools, shopping, restaurants, and other nearby amenities.

My move in experience couldn’t have been more seamless. From the tour, to the paperwork, so the follow-up. Emma, Heather, and Jess have been welcoming from first impression onward.
Both maintenance requests within my first month have been fixed day of, and I continue to tell others how happy I am with my choice.

Dont rely on the reviews here. The maintenance is slow, takes weeks to get the work done. The staff is also pretty rude

Absolutely awesome place to live; clean, well kept, up to date. Jess and everyone else in the front are great, pleasant, and regularly go above and beyond at being super helpful. Wonderful community overall.

I recently visited Hurstbourne Grand Apartments and attended their Spring Fling event. While I am not a resident, I was impressed by how welcoming and well-organized the community felt during my visit. The grounds appeared clean and nicely maintained, and the staff did a great job creating a fun, family-friendly atmosphere for residents and guests.
The event was enjoyable, with plenty of activities that encouraged neighbors to interact and build a sense of community.
