Wonderful Winter Service

I have been at the Willows for not even a year yet, and have loved every day in my unit. The staff & crew are incredible and will always be there to assist! Whether it be an annoying smoke detector battery that needs to be replaced on a Sunday afternoon, or holding onto some packages when I am out of town, I have nothing but great things to say about these guys! They have also done a great job dealing with the winter weather and snow. These guys are so speedy when it comes to salting, shoveling,... and plowing. Thank you, Willows Crew!

Pleasant Neighborhood

Great neighbors, great services, and great amenities. I do wish the non-smoking addendum was better enforced. However, all the events they throw are so fun! And the staff are so nice. Thank you.
Also, I got a discounted rate, so I'm grateful for that. My apartment is so nice and cozy.

Very nice for price

i recently toured the willows with my daughter and the apartments are very well taken care of and the price is great for all the space. I loved seeing the pool and the pet spa, it's great that the management company thinks outside the box in providing amenities that many people will use.

The Willows of Plainview has been a genuinely comfortable place to live. The staff are kind and approachable, and they go out of their way to make sure residents feel supported. Mike especially stands out because he’s thoughtful, reliable, and always ready to lend a hand with a smile.
