I couldn’t be happier to call Main & Clay my new home. Due to an unexpected out-of-state job opportunity, I had to make a quick decision on where to live in Louisville—sight unseen. From my very first phone conversation with Jay, I knew I had chosen the perfect apartment community. Jay made the entire process simple, stress-free, and convenient, giving me the peace of mind I needed during a hectic transition. Move-in was a breeze, and I’ve been enjoying the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere ever... since. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciate Walter, our facilities manager, who always takes a moment to shower my dogs with affection. I truly couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to make Main & Clay my home.

The employees here are super friendly and nice, however, the apartment itself has taken priority to lease various units out to Airbnb and other third party short term housing sites. It is super unsafe as random strangers have access to the building and can bring other unwanted people in too. Since those people are here for vacation, they are also super loud and don't care for other residents.
