I love living at Mallard Crossing at St. Matthews. I've been part of the community since 2009, and it has truly felt like home.

When my apartment flooded during the frigid weather in January, the entire staff went above and beyond to help me. They quickly found me another apartment to rent—one that has turned out to be an even better fit than my previous one. They also allowed my cat and me to stay in a guest suite while everything was being worked out, ensuring that we had a safe, warm, and... dry place to stay during a very stressful time.

I am incredibly grateful for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism of everyone at Mallard Crossing. Their genuine care for their residents is one of the many reasons I've been happy to call this community home for so many years.

My husband and I, along with our roommate, have lived here for 20 years. Overall, we are very happy and at home here. The level of care for the property has, at times, gone up and down with management changes, but the current management is doing well in our experience, especially with maintenance requests.
