This is a pretty good location. The only issue I have
with my unit is the A/c doesn't work properly. I've put in multiple work orders but I believe it just doesn't work properly and for a person with hot flashes this is a struggle. It doesn't drop below 73 at night and doesn't drop below 79 during the day. Because of this I do not cook in my unit unless someone is present since cooking only makes it hotter ( my hot flashes gets bad and in some cases I faint.) now I'm trying to come up with an... additional $200-$400 to buy an A/C unit to help me cope through the night. There was an heat advisory last week and my apartment was so hot I had to go to a friends house. Again this isn't a bad area and the staff is great, I just feel as if this issue didn't get enough attention especially considering how hot it gets down south.

Interior is upgraded and luxury finishes. Would be a 5 star review but poor drainage in parking lot. Very major problems as many neighbor’s cars have been flooded. Have to hope you hear the rain in the middle of the night and run outside through knee deep water; hoping you can find a spot to park on the limited grass bank. Hope this can be fixed as car flooding is expensive. Other wise great property, amenities, and staff. Pet friendly!

Moved in here in October of 2023 and so far so good . Love how quite it is and how nice everybody is .The staff is very people friendly and always willing to help.

It’s a nice quite place to live. Nice apartments. Great customer service in the office. They’ll help you with any information you need to know. I recommend this complex to anyone looking to move in
