I'm writing this review bc I moved in June 2024 and moved out Jan 2026 when I moved in my original unit wasn't ready(Red Flag) So they moved me into a different unit which wasn't clean properly that contains dead roaches on counter space,underneathe carpet main floor destroyed, gaps between the foor and the baseboard and air stop working a week later. I’ve been living in this apartment since July 2024 & it’s nice! When it comes to convenience, everything you need is either off Coursey, Sherwood, or in the vicinity. My only issue is the maintenance team/crew. I’ve had issues in my apartment since I’ve moved here & according to office staff, maintenance only fixes the issues unless it’s “high priority” or in the order in which the ticket came. I have been a long time resident for more than 8 years. When it’s time for maintenance the job gets done. Highly recommend,

On move in day (10/07/23), my apt wasn't ready, had to move into a different apt. Hot water in the kitchen after being fixed still takes too long to get moderately hot. My mailbox door still doesn't close all the way but they finally gave me the right key (took almost a month). On 2/1/24, I went to the office to get a replacement a/c filter but was told maintenance had to install it, so they put a ticket in; as of today (3/4/24), I am still waiting for the filter (which isn't great for my... allergies-I sneeze less when I sit outside). I have 2 other tickets to put in but I am trying to see how long before this ticket is completed. There's no garbage can in or near the 3 laundry rooms I have used so they & the machines are rarely ever cleaned. If a broom, dustpan, & garbage can (that gets emptied regularly) was onsite, I would have cleaned while in there. The main thing I dislike is the fact that if I want to pay my rent online a few days early it can't be done until the 1st of every month. On a positive note, I love the location, my neighbors are cool, & the office & maintenance staff are friendly & approachable, and the rent isn't ridiculous. Read More

If I could give a negative 10 on this place I would!
The apartments are over priced for what you have to live in. there are shootings and plenty of domestic violence going on in the other apartments around. Now, lets talk about the management. They have no concept of customer service, nor do they like to explain why they say one thing and then turn around and bill you for the same thing they stated that you didn't owe.
And when you try and talk to anyone - NO ONE will return calls or emails... .
I have started a claim on the BBB with this company.
