Trash

I was going to rent an apartment out here, until I was met with trash all leading to the entrance.

Seven year resident

I have lived at Pine Crest for seven years now with my two children ages 14 and 18. My youngest attended Covington Elementary, Wm. Pitcher Jr High, and is currently a student at CHS. Having moved from Jefferson Parish to St. Tammany I am very satisfied with the schools in the area. This is not not just a place to live. This is our home. I have raised my children here. We have always felt safe here and any issues that have come up have been dealt with quickly and professionally by our staff. Over... the years we have have had different managers, but our current staff is my favorite. Our manager is very involved and knows what is happening on her property. Our leasing agent has been here as long as I can remember and is just as involved in making sure this is a great place to live. We have new maintenance staff as well that cares about residents and attends to any issue quickly. In my opinion, we currently have the best staff we have had in seven years. We love the pool area and have spent many of our days and nights enjoying it. My kids are a little big now, but the playground is really fun for our youngest residents. We have a dog and I really enjoy walking the property. We are off of the main highway and the entire property is fenced. No place is perfect, and we have had minor issues in the past. That being said, I have no plans to leave any time soon, and the good definitely outweighs the bad. Come check us out. I truly believe you will love our community feel.
